Fr. S.J. Berchmans a person specially gifted by God. He was a priest of Satharasan Patti in Roman Catholic Church, Sivagangai District, Madurai in India. Being a priest, he was involved in a number of spiritual activities such as conducting Music concerts, Conventions Prayer meeting and release of Gospel audio cassettes. |  | During the latter 80's he was touched by the Charismatic movement and it became a burden as the spirit moved continuously with his heart. Soon Fr. S.J. Berchmans started regular conventions and healing crusades and over 10,000 people attended the meetings every week and 85% of them were from other religion like Hinduism and Islam. |  Inside the Campus | | Development The Prayer Garden (Jebathottam) was established by registering as a Trust under Religious Act on 22/3/1991 and hence onwards ministry began to grow dynamically.During those days, the people of neighbouring villages donated 5 acres of land for the ministry of Fr. S.J. Berchmans.
Ministry opened many wings and extended its service across the country and from the middle 1990's to different part of the world. Convention and Crusades were organised at different parts of India and overseas along with music programs. Many churches were planted.
